Then it is one private studio, one professional choreographer and an hour or two turning your group into an actual dance troupe, taught in small chunks so nobody gets left behind. By the end you will have a routine filmed and ready to relive — usually about three espresso martinis into the evening.

Wedding First Dance Lessons in Bournemouth
With so many couples marrying along this stretch of coast, the first dance is the moment the whole room turns to watch — so we make it count. Private, one-to-one lessons, choreographed around your song and your comfort level, from a gentle sway you can actually relax into to a full routine that earns a standing ovation. Most couples are ready in a handful of sessions.
We will think through the practical things early — how much floor your venue gives you (a marquee at Sandbanks behaves very differently to a hotel ballroom), what your dress and shoes allow, and where your song wants to lift or slow. Lessons run at the studio we hire, or somewhere local to you — your home, a church hall or a nearby studio, evenings and weekends included. Planning the hen do as well? We will sort both together.

How much is it, and is it priced per person?
It is a single price for the whole group, never per head — £140 plus venue hire for an hour, or £165 plus venue for ninety minutes, whatever your numbers. So if a couple of the girls bail the week before, the cost does not land on everyone else. A bottle of fizz on arrival is an optional £10.
Can we fit the class in before a night out in town?
Easily, and loads of groups plan it that way. Slot the class into the late afternoon or early evening, finish on a high, freshen up at the hotel and head straight out. Tell us your dinner or club booking and we will time the session to wrap up with room to spare.
Can the class take place on the beach or outdoors?
We teach indoors in proper studios with good floors and sound, which beats sand and sea breeze for actually learning a routine. If you have hired a beachfront space or a garden, though, we are glad to bring the class to you wherever there is room to move and a socket for the speaker.
We're visiting Bournemouth for the weekend — how does it work?
Perfectly — most of our hen groups are down for the weekend rather than local. Send your dates and where you are staying, and we will line up a studio nearby or come to your accommodation. The beach, your hotel and a night out are all within easy reach of our town-centre venues.
Is there parking near the studio?
Yes. Our town-centre studios are minutes from the main car parks, with pay-and-display close by. Coming as a group, it is usually easiest to share a couple of taxis from your hotel — we send parking and drop-off details with your booking confirmation.
We're a big group — what's the maximum?
Most hens book in around eight to twenty, but we regularly take bigger groups and have run sessions for thirty-plus. Larger parties work best in the ninety-minute slot and a roomier studio, so just give us your headcount and we will sort a space everyone fits in comfortably.

All three of our studios sit in the heart of Bournemouth town centre, a short walk from the beach, the pier and the bars of Old Christchurch Road, with one usually close to wherever you are staying. Bournemouth station runs direct trains from London Waterloo (about two hours) and Southampton (40 min), with National Express coaches into the Triangle hub — both a short ride from the studios.
Parking & Getting In
Several town-centre car parks sit minutes away, including the BH2 and Richmond Hill multi-storeys. Coming as a group? A couple of taxis from your hotel is usually the easiest shout.

Most of our hens are visitors, not locals — staying near the beach in Boscombe, Westbourne or the town centre. Tell us where you are based and we will bring the class to you if it is easier.
